Alexa is the Co-Founder of Banner Sports Group, a new firm working side-by-side with division 1 college athletics directors and University presidents to foundationally restructure college athletics departments. This involves all aspects of the sports and business landscape, from access to capital and revenue generation, to building a financial and legal framework. Alexa has gained vast perspective of the sports and entertainment landscape, through sitting in different revenue generating chairs over the past 15+ years of her profession. Launching her career at Learfield selling sponsorships for Arizona State University, followed by working her way up to CRO at Navigate focused on consulting fortune 500 brands, and the most notable sports properties in the world. Before launching her current firm alongside three partners, Alexa was most recently overseeing Elevate’s collegiate business as SVP. Alexa was a part of Elevate’s growth from 20 employees and a handful of clients to 400+ employees executing a 9-figure revenue business.
