Our co-founders, Brian and Ellen Davison, have over 28 years of combined experience in the sports industry, and they use their expertise to guide tomorrow's leaders.
Brian has accumulated over 18 years of experience working across multiple business segments in the sports industry. Brian's diverse range of experiences includes coaching collegiate basketball, which resulted in an NCAA National Tournament appearance. Brian also built Giannis Antetokounmpo's signature business at Nike, the largest footwear launch in Nike Basketball history. Additionally, he won an NBA Championship as a Front Office Executive with the Milwaukee Bucks. Brian has also established successful collaborations with major sports leagues and leading brands, contributing significantly to the industry's growth. As a Board Trustee member at Brevard College, Brian is deeply committed to fostering academic growth and excellence.
Ellen brings a diverse background in several sports segments. She was drafted into the NWSL and played professional soccer, gaining significant knowledge and expertise throughout her career as a professional athlete. Ellen later transitioned to Nike, where she worked on the social media business for Nike Soccer, developing a deep understanding of the relationship between sports and digital marketing. Subsequently, she worked in digital merchandising.
